Uniform Residential Landlord & Tenant Act

In Clarksville and throughout the rest of Montgomery County, landlords and tenants are bound by the rules and regulations set forth in the Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Act. Passed in 1972, this act clarifies and standardizes the responsibilities of both parties in a landlord/tenant agreements.
