Mr. Campbell is dedicated to helping his clients through difficult circumstances in their lives with appreciation, integrity, and strength to achieve positive results.
If the Department of Children’s Services has become involved with your family, you should be aware of the nightmare of red tape and bureaucracy facing you. An experienced attorney is an absolute must when dealing with this department. Mr. Campbell has experience with fighting and winning against the Tennessee Department of Children Services. DCS has their own department of attorneys ready to infringe on your parental rights, and you need an attorney who can protect you and your children from them.

Mr. Campbell actively seeks additional training and is a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (TACDL) as well as the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD), an organization of attorneys throughout the country that focus their practice on individuals accused of driving under the influence of alcohol of narcotics. Mr. Campbell has defended cases as simple as traffic violations and as complex as murder, sexual offenses, and drug cases.
Having the resources to fight for you can be the difference in walking from the courthouse front door or being taken into custody. Being able to dedicate the time to your case means being prepared and ready to fight for you. At Patton & Pittman, we have the resources and the dedication to help you through whatever legal challenge you might be facing.
