August D. Kirby practices primarily in the areas of family and domestic law, including divorce, custody, child support, and contempt matters.
Mrs. Kirby graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2013 where she was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society for political science, as well as the Laurel Wreath Honor Society. She received her Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law in 2021, earning student accolades including the Domestic Trial Practice Award and the Robert L. Ballow Award for Excellence in Legal Writing for second place in a two-year research project centered around Tennessee’s Recovery Courts.
A lifelong resident of Tennessee, Mrs. Kirby lives in Clarksville with her husband, Anthony, and son.
