About
Anthony Kirby practices primarily in the areas of family and domestic law, including divorce, custody, and post-divorce matters.
After graduating from Washington and Lee University in Virginia in 2013, Mr. Kirby returned home to Middle Tennessee to attend law school at Belmont University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2016. Mr. Kirby is licensed in state court for both Tennessee and Kentucky, as well as the Middle District of Tennessee Federal Court and the Western District of Kentucky Federal Court. He is a current member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association, and a past board member of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
Mr. Kirby lives in Clarksville with his wife, August, as well as his step-son and their dog, Daisy. When not at work, Mr. Kirby enjoys attending Titans games, watching F1 races, and having an occasional chance to golf.
